Christmas Recipe Box { November DT } front cover81 viewsI pulled apart the box and covered the outside with the plain side of the Basic Grey PP. I covered the box insert with another PP, then cut a rectangle of the plain side and stuck it in the bottom. I did the same with the inside cover of the box (except used the stiped PP). I coated the entire box with mod podge and left to dry. I wrapped the ribbon & ricrac around the cover (in hindsight, should have only done the outside (as the box doesn't close properly now)... oopsie! I then glued the insert back into the cover and left to dry. In the meantime I decorated the tree on the front by cutting the offcuts of the PP into strips and the bling. I inked the star and embossed with glitter then stuck the bling and embellishments on. I then printed out my recipes on white bazzill bling (ingredients on one side and method on the other), stuck them both to the red CS and added bling. I added the recipe wording lastly.

Lillie Grace25 viewsPhew....I got it done!!!! I used the new Kaisercraft Base Coat papers (very yummy), Prima flowers and branches, The Dusty Attic chipboard, Kaisercraft Texture Stamp and Tim Holtz Distress Ink.
I roughed up the edges of both photo and photo mat and inked the edges. Tore, curled and inked the Corrugated Iron paper, stamped the Kaisercraft Crackle Texture stamp on the PP and inked the chipboard. purplecow197Mar 02, 2013
