**July DT** This moment59 viewsMel chose my DT kit this month and I just adored it. Thanks Mel. I used: K&Co Margo Vine PP; MME Peaceful life tag; Green Tara flower with wood centre; dot for centre from K&Co Margo Chipboard words. I also added the bracket inked with brilliance poppy ink; Autumn Leaves stamp brilliance gold ink, and I used Rub & Buff Gold leaf paint to outline the border and roughen up the PP and bracket. I think it still needs a title on the right, but I kinda like it as is too... hmmm.... what do you think?LeahM

Mannequin73 viewsI don't usually do a lot of OTP, but lately I have been doing a few bits and pieces, and really enjoying it! This is one of 2 mannequins I found last year in my daughters room, I think they were from a project she did in Yr11. She had paper-machied them all over and I painted them dark brown, then used crackle medium and a lighter colour over the top. The paper-maiche still shows up as a nice texture under the paint.
I used some more Fancy Pants paper, Green Tara and unknown flowers, Scenic Route chipboard, lace and an old necklace.lkscraps

No 36101 viewsThe photo isn't great, but was shuffling through my too-big pile of patternend papers and discovered this old Scenic Route paper had the same colours as the grgous Graphic 45 paper so thought I'd mix the 2. I also used some Maya Rd clock rubons, a grungeboard letter B covered in twinkling H2O's and dimensional magic, and a K & Co overlay and journalling box.

My Tim Holtz stash!!41 viewsThis is what I got from the class with Tim Holtz. An apron from Ranger so we didn't mess our clothes up, the wall hanging is what we made in the class, the bag we got for attending the class (it's not available retail anywhere so we felt very special) and the die and the embossing folders were part of the lucky draw prizes that were being handed out and I won :) I got the bag signed by Tim and Mario, the wall hanging and the paper insert for the die signed by Tim!! nikkoJun 16, 2012
