Faux-metal chipboard Letters26 viewsFor these letters, I used 3-6 several layers of fine silver embossing powder, then I applied a stamp and removed the stamp when cool. The JVK are in 1 pattern, the LOVE in another. They have great texture, which I'm not sure you can see well in the picture. GoldenJoules

Embossed Chipboard Colored Letters28 viewsHere I did the technique of applying 3-6 layers of embossing powder until the chipboard letters looked enameled. I started with Christmas patterned chipboard (wwhite with little holly patterns). On the 'A' I used a black marker on the top & edges before layering red embossing powder. For the 'D' I used the same red powder but without coloring the letter first. The 'Q' is rough as I used Ranger Peeled paint distress, which did not work well. The G is verdigris green, and 'HB' are in blue denim.GoldenJoules

Dragonfly Card18 viewsThis is one of my favorite cards. It didn't turn out the way I expected, it turned out better! I stamped the dragonfly with clear ink and then removed the green mulberry paper. I applied white powder to the stamps on the card and red powder on the green paper, heat set them, and then I glued the green paper to the brown realigning the stamps. GoldenJoules

Leonies card for the CC17 viewsHere is my card for this challenge .... I have made this card before BUT gave it away the other day so thought I would do it again as I really like it..... I have distressed the edges of the stamped layer & inked it in black but you cant really see it I dont think.. I hand tore the bottom edge as the embellishment as I didnt think it needed extra bits crowding the card... each of the snow flakes have been heat embossed in black & a clear Rhinestone popped in the middle of each snow flake...
