PAYMENT
We accept Credit Card, Direct Deposit or Money Orders as payment for goods.You will be given an option to select the method of payment at Checkout. If you are paying by cheque please select the paying by cheque otherwise your order will not be processed.
Please be advised that the Credit Card payment is processed through an encrypted server hosted by Paypal. This allows complete privacy of your transactions and also speeds the processing of your order as we are automatically notified once payment has been received.
Our shopping cart software will automatically generate a confirmation email with your order details - if you do not receive this within 24 hours of placing your order please contact us.
Payment is required within 7 days of order. If payment is not received in this time then your order will be cancelled and the items returned to the store. Of course, if you contact us (phone or email) then we are happy to discuss longer time periods for payment if required.

We make every effort to keep our website up to date with current stock quantities. Items will not be backordered, however you can request to be notified when the item is back in stock so that you can place a new order for it.

Scrap Pile offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products (excluding clearance items) if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us to arrange a refund, replacement or store credit. Cost of return postage is the buyers responsibility.
