POSTAGE (within Australia)
Scrap Pile offers flat rate postage of $8.00 or $10.00 Express to anywhere in Australia via Australia Post (please note Express Post does not guarantee next day delivery). Our staff process orders in the order they are received, and goods are generally sent within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment. Orders over $90:00 and weighing less than 2kg will be freight free.
Parcels weighing more that 2kg in total weight will be charged actual postage costs. You will be emailed for additional payment for these orders prior to their dispatch.
Most parcels are now sent by Australia Post. This means that they are trackable. This is at no extra cost to you.
Whilst we take every care in packing your order, Scrap Pile will not be held responsible orders that are delayed or damaged in transit
INTERNATIONAL POST
Please contact us for a quote as international postage can be very expensive, depending on the weight of the shipment. Pleasenote free postage is not available for international orders.
NEW SMALL ORDER RATES
Our website is currently set-up for flat rate postage only, however we welcome small orders and will be happy to provide a reduced postage cost where possible, this will normally be for small items such as ribbon, unmounted stamps, etc. that will fit in an envelope. Please note receipted delivery for these orders is optional at extra cost. Simply complete your checkout selecting normal postage and add a comment to your order. Please do not pay for your order until you receive a revised invoice. If paying by PayPal we will send a PayPal payment request.
RETURNS
Scrap Pile offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products (excluding clearance items) if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us to arrange a refund, replacement or store credit.Cost of return postage is the buyers responsibility.
